Girls Lacrosse Head Coach

HEAD COACHExperience: Significant coaching experience at college or high school level. experience is desirable. The Role: A Head Coach must first and foremost be a positive role model who enjoys being with, and providing guidance to children. Responsibilities:Care for the physical and emotional needs of each athleteConduct skill evaluations and assist athletes in setting individual goalsComplete end of session written evaluations for each athleteIn partnership with Athletic Director establish and execute skill development curriculumProvide encouragement and positive, constructive feedback to athletesPartner with coaches in day-to-day supervision and instruction of athletesBe involved in daily lives of athletes and coaches; update directors with concerns on a consistent basis, seeking guidance when necessaryParticipate in all-camp programs such as Color Wars and the 5K Run. Supervise camper electives and other recreational activitiesAttend daily coaches’ meetings and general staff meetingsSalary:Salaries start at $2200/session Summer 2026 Dates:Session 1: Sunday June 14 - Sunday, June 28Session 2: Sunday, June 28 - Sunday, July 12Session 3: Sunday, July 12 - Sunday, July 26Based on interest & availability, you can elect to work 1, 2, or all 3 sessions.
