Event Staff – National All-State Championship

We are hiring flexible event staff to help with the National All-State Championship on Tuesday and Wednesday. This is a fast-paced youth baseball event, and staff will be assigned where needed throughout the day. Team members must be available 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM both days and willing to jump into different roles, including event operations, team practice support, player and parent check-in, skills competition assistance, opening ceremony setup, guest arrival support, crowd flow, and general event help. Responsibilities may include:Helping with player and parent check-in at the Youngsville Recreation CenterAssisting teams and families with directions, schedules, and general event questionsSupporting staff operations and event setup throughout the dayHelping organize and manage team practice areasAssisting with skills competitions at Youngsville Sports ComplexHelping with opening ceremony setup at Cajun FieldManaging lines, guest flow, and arrival areasMoving supplies, signage, tables, materials, or equipment as neededKeeping event areas organized, clean, and professionalFollowing instructions from event leads and adapting as priorities changeIdeal candidates are:Reliable and on timeFriendly, professional, and comfortable talking with families, coaches, and playersFlexible and willing to work wherever neededAble to stand, walk, and be outside for long periods of timeComfortable working in a busy event environmentAble to lift and move light event supplies when neededPositive, hardworking, and team-orientedImportant note:This is not a single-position job. Staff must be flexible and ready to help in any area of the event, depending on what is needed at that time. Pay: $18/hourDates needed: Tuesday, July 28 and Wednesday, July 29Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM both days
