ResponsibilitiesPrepare all ordered food for assigned suites, plating according to menu description, in accordance with company/State health and safety standardsEnsure proper storage of all food and cleaning and sanitation products. Maintains a positive work environment. Ensures compliance with health, sanitation, safety, and employment regulations. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen for the food and beverage operation. QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience as prep cook or line cook highly desired. Previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment is a plus. Detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced, changing environment. Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment.
