    MetLife Stadium | East Rutherford, NJUnpaid | Academic Credit Optional | In-Person | Part-Time (2 days/week minimum)About the Internship:MetLife Stadium — home to the New York Giants and New York Jets — is offering an exciting Human Resources Internship for Spring 2026. experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. The Human Resources Intern will support the day-to-day operations of the HR Department during our winter/spring season. The intern will gain exposure to a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training compliance, recordkeeping, and special HR projects. Internship Dates:January 2026 through April 2026 (Minimum of 2 days per week and all HR special events) What You’ll Learn & ResponsibilitiesAs a Human Resources Intern at MetLife Stadium, you will gain valuable hands-on experience and insight into the people operations of a major sports and entertainment venue. responsibilities, including:Recruitment processes, including resume review, interview scheduling, and job fair supportEmployee onboarding, I-9 verification, and credentials/badging proceduresHR compliance tracking, including training logs, certifications, and personnel filesInternal communication, HR documentation, and professional correspondenceEmployee engagement planning, recognition programs, and event coordinationExposure to HR systems, workflows, and daily operations in a high-volume environmentParticipate in on-site and off-site job fairsWhat We’re Looking ForSuperior organizational skills and ability to function in a fast-paced, multi-task setting Be enrolled as a college junior or senior by January 2026, or be a post-graduate studentStrong communication and people skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and professionalAbility to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environmentWorking knowledge of the following Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and savvy in internet researchCapability to organize work, prioritize objectives, and exercise independent judgment while adhering to organizational policies and proceduresA polished appearance, positive attitude, and a collaborative spirit when working with colleagues across the organization.
