The OpportunityWe are seeking a seasoned Operations & Conversions Manager to lead all arena changeovers and event setup operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing crews, executing complex conversions, and ensuring the arena is event-ready at the highest standard. What You’ll DoLead and execute arena conversions across sports, concerts, and special events Plan and manage floor layouts, staging, seating, and production setupsSupervise, schedule, and develop operations staff Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and on scheduleOversee and operate equipment including forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts Enforce safety standards and OSHA best practicesCoordinate with internal teams including production, maintenance, and event services Manage equipment inventory, maintenance, and operational readiness Train staff on procedures, equipment use, and safety protocols What We’re Looking For3–5+ years experience in arena, stadium, or large-scale event operationsProven leadership in event conversions and crew managementStrong working knowledge of arena flooring systems, staging, and logisticsAbility to perform and oversee physical, hands-on workExcellent communication and organizational skills Required CertificationsForklift Certification Scissor Lift Certification Boom Lift Certification (strongly preferred) Strong understanding of workplace safety standards Schedule ExpectationsFull-time, event-driven scheduleMust be available for nights, overnights, weekends, and holidaysWhy Join UsAt Frontwave Arena, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-impact events and shaping the operational success of a growing venue.
