About GetSportJobs
GetSportJobs is a job board for people who want to work in the business of sport: at sports betting and fantasy companies, sports tech and data firms, fitness and wellness brands, sports media and streaming, ticketing and live events, teams and leagues, esports, and apparel and equipment brands. The jobs range from engineering and data to marketing, sales, finance, operations and coaching.
Where our jobs come from
Every job on GetSportJobs comes from one of two places.
Employers' own career pages. Many sports companies publish their open roles through public job boards run by their hiring software: Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters and Recruitee. Employers publish those boards so their openings can be found. We read them directly and link every job back to the employer's own application page.
Jobs posted directly with us. Employers send us a job through our Post a job form, with no account needed. A person reviews each one, we publish the approved ones ourselves, and each stays up for 30 days.
We don't copy listings from other job boards, and we don't publish jobs we can't trace back to the employer.
Our standards
- Sports-industry employers only. The organization has to work in sport. The job itself can be anything, from software engineering to accounting.
- You apply with the employer. Every job links to the employer's own application page, or for some direct posts, an email address. We don't sit between you and the people hiring.
- Closed jobs disappear within hours. We check employers' career pages throughout the day. When a job comes off an employer's page, it comes off ours.
- Salary shown as disclosed. When the employer publishes pay, we show it. We don't estimate, round up or fill gaps with guesses.
- We never charge job seekers. No subscriptions, no paid “priority” applications, no paywall on the apply button.
- Direct posts are reviewed. We reject posts that look fake, charge applicants, are commission-only, or aren't at a sports-industry organization.
How we make money
Posting a job on GetSportJobs is free. Featured pins a job at the top of relevant listings and on the homepage for 30 days and gives it a highlighted card. Right now it's free for our first 25 founding employers (one job each), with nothing to pay. Paid Featured, at $99 per job, opens after that.
That's the business. We don't sell ads, and we don't sell anyone's personal data.

If your jobs appear here from your careers page and you'd rather they didn't, email us and we'll remove them within one business day. If you'd like your open roles listed and they aren't yet, send us your careers page. To post a job yourself, go to Post a job.
