Duties: Receive all products, sign off on all invoices as receiving clerk, and turn all invoices into accounting in a timely manner. Store all products in an organized and timely manner, utilizing the FIFO principle in coolers and dry storage. Secure and lock all products to prevent theft or product loss due to spoilage.
