Spring 2027 Stadium Operations Internship

CarShield Field has served as the host site for the O'Fallon Hoots, a member of the Prospect League, a six-team in-house collegiate league, the Play9 Collegiate League, and special events like Professional Softball League and Tacos and Tequila Festival. We are looking for the next superstars for our Spring 2027 internship class. Here's what you can expect to get from us:High quality training and supervision from an energized and experienced full-time staffCareer guidance and coaching from upper managementFreedom to be creative and develop as a professional in the sports industryExperience in running a stadiumHere's what we expect from you:Desire to learn and growWillingness to be challenged and step outside of your comfort zoneEnergetic and excited about bringing the best show to O'FallonHere's a snippet of what you'll be doing / learning:Working special eventsAssisting the Assistant General Manager and Director of Food and Beverage in keeping the ballpark in top shapeCreating and maintaining a clean, safe and fun ballpark for all fansAssisting in inventory controls and purchasing supplies for stadiumPursuing and coordinating all aspects of ballpark rentals including, but not limited to college baseball games, high school baseball games, and soccer practicesAssisting the AGM in preventative maintenance Provide customer service that is "For the Fan" at all timesThis is an unpaid internshipStart Date: Tuesday, January 19 2026.
