Operations Management Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARYThe Cincinnati Open is seeking candidates for a full-time position. This position is responsible for the planning, management, support, and supervision of event-related facility operations. The Operation Management Supervisor works in support of the Director of Operations, Facilities Manager, and the operations team to ensure the successful execution of year-round club operations, events, and tournaments. The Operations Management Supervisor assists the team in meeting the short-and-long-term needs of a growing organization. Independence, initiative, and a willingness to learn will make this individual an ideal addition to our team in a role that has the possibility of growth opportunities. This position requires flexibility, strong leadership, and the ability to work extended hours, including nights and weekends, as operational needs exist.
