Bridgestone Arena Guest Services Internship – Fall 2026 The Nashville Predators and Bridgestone Arena Guest Services Department is seeking an intern for the Fall 2026 semester (August–December). duties and objectives listed below, students will receive the opportunity to gain exposure to different departments and entities within the Nashville Predators organization. experience for all participants, and a cornerstone of the program is the interns ability to earn college credit for participation in the program. Guest Services Internship Duties & Responsibilities:Quality Assurance -Assist with pre-event Arena walkthroughs, collecting notes to share with respective departmentsComplete Quality Assurance surveys during events to identify service strengths and opportunities for improvementInteract with Staff and guests to help evaluate the overall customer service experienceCollaborate with the Business Analytics Team to review survey results and identify ways to improveGuest Services -Assist the Guest Services Manager during hockey and non-hockey eventsDuring non-hockey events, assist/shadow the FOH (Front of House) ManagerHelp track and organize Guest Services inventory, including uniforms, wristbands, giveaways, and premium-area itemsAttend weekly meetings to learn how the Guest Services Department prepares for eventsEvent Operations -Support the Director of Event Operations with event staffing needs throughout Bridgestone ArenaTrack contracted Event Staff to help the Director of Event Operations plan for future eventsAssist with event-related parking needs and requestsOther duties as assigned by supervisorGuest Services Internship Minimum Requirements:Reliable transportation to and from Bridgestone ArenaStrong computer skills, including programs such as Outlook, Excel, and WordStrong interpersonal skillsBe a team player with the ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environmentAbility to react appropriately in emergency and high stress situationsAbility to anticipate, identify, and solve problemsMust have a basic knowledge of technology, including radios and hand-held devicesAbility to use other equipment including, but not limited to, ticket scanners, security wands, and x-ray machinesNashville Predators Internship Requirements:Fall semester internship duration will be approximately August-December 2026All internships are in person; no remote opportunities are available at this timeAbility to work evenings and weekends within the student’s designated credit hour requirement when necessaryAll interns must be students at accredited colleges and universities, with the ability to earn academic credit for time spent in an internship positionInternships are open to Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors receiving college creditInternships do not provide compensation, housing, or transportationInternships do not guarantee full-time positions with the Predators upon completionAs a condition of internship, qualified applicant will be subject to a background check, which will at a minimum include a criminal background check, and if applicable, may include a driving history checkBe able to maintain confidential informationCandidates MUST be able to receive college credit for the completion of this internship.
