    Location: NY, NFL Office (345 Park Avenue, Midtown Manhattan)Contract: CasualSalary: $30 per hourStart Date: Mid-July 2026Role Overview:As a Systems Technician you will be working at the NFL Remote Centre in New York, playing a key part in the delivery of our services over a game week.. The role will encompass the management of our replay technology, supporting NFL Officials and Hawk-Eye staff on-site at stadiums. Your main focus will be to manage the delivery of our software, jumping into action whenever a problem might arise. You will need to be prepared to work long days at weekends, midweek evenings and public holidays as we work whenever Football happens. You will gain exposure to various other services as you grow in the role and become a more experienced member of the team. We will equip you with the technical training, support and full exposure to our systems to perform your day to day tasks but also to encourage development and progression to help make an impact on what we do. ResponsibilitiesPre-match planning and setting up Hawk-Eye technology ready for game day (testing and configuration of software and network)Conducting pre-match checks of the systems in accordance with standard proceduresLiaising with match officials, host broadcasters and other Hawk-Eye teams on locationMonitoring the systems during the matchMonitoring hardware and software performances, being able to troubleshoot and report encountered issuesTaking full responsibility for our systems and representing our companyWhat Does A Typical Week Look Like? Midweek (Prep): Configure SMARTfile and custom station layouts for weekend games; verify Hawk-Eye accessibility and log tech issues for Gameday-1. Gameday-1 (Setup): Partner with 2–4 stadium technicians to deploy the operational footprint, verify equipment functionality, check broadcast cameras, and troubleshoot midweek issues. Gameday (Execution):Arrive 5–6 hours pre-kickoff for camera sync. Execute mandated NFL 3-hour, 2-hour, and 50-minute system checks. Monitor live Hawk-Eye feeds and system functionality throughout the game. Complete post-game protocols within 5–10 minutes of the final whistle.
