Job Description JOB SUMMARY Vericast is seeking a highly motivated Legal Counsel - Privacy to report directly to and work closely with the Chief Privacy Officer and Deputy General Counsel. requirements for diverse datasets, with a primary focus on non-public personal information under the GLBA and related financial-services data. This role will give you an opportunity to deepen your knowledge of ever-evolving privacy and data-protection laws and regulations (with a distinct emphasis on U. S. law) and related industry changes as you actively help to continuously improve the Company’s privacy and data-protection policies, processes, and practices. This role comes with abundant opportunity for greater responsibility over time, based on demonstrated ability to succeed.   KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Ability to analyze and have in-depth understanding of evolving privacy and data protection laws and regulations (GLBA, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA, etc. requirements (e.g., data acquisition/collection, usage, transfer, etc.) to assist in compliance efforts with respect to same (20%) <
