Job Summary: The Youth Golf Coach plays a key role in delivering SCGA Junior Golf Foundation programs, helping young players develop their skills, sportsmanship, and love for the game. This part-time, non-exempt position supports golf practices and programs year-round, including winter, spring, summer, and fall sessions.
Coaches work directly with children and youth groups, creating a positive and engaging learning environment where participants build fundamental golf skills, teamwork, responsibility, and strong character traits.

What You'll Do:·Act as a positive ambassador for the sport of golf and the SCGA Junior Golf Foundation, fostering enthusiasm and sportsmanship among all participants.

What You'll Need:·Must be at least 18 years of age.

Scheduling Considerations:The primary shifts for this role occur during each of our 8-week sessions – one session in winter, one in spring, one in summer and one in the fall. During the weeks between sessions (which can vary from 2 – 5 weeks), limited working hours may be available. Because of this programming schedule, this position requires a flexible schedule, with availability for multiple shifts per session, including evenings and weekends. Assignments are based on geographic areas and may require travel to various program sites within the designated region.
