Job Summary: The Youth Golf Coach plays a key role in delivering SCGA Junior Golf Foundation programs, helping young players develop their skills, sportsmanship, and love for the game. This part-time, non-exempt position supports golf practices and programs year-round, including winter, spring, summer, and fall sessions. Coaches work directly with children and youth groups, creating a positive and engaging learning environment where participants build fundamental golf skills, teamwork, responsibility, and strong character traits. experience for all participants. Scheduling Considerations:The primary shifts for this role occur during each of our 8-week sessions – one session in winter, one in spring, one in summer and one in the fall. During the weeks between sessions (which can vary from 2 – 5 weeks), limited working hours may be available. Because of this programming schedule, this position requires a flexible schedule, with availability for multiple shifts per session, including evenings and weekends.
