Research and assess new video methods and technology and make recommendations for new equipment,softwareand process enhancements. Interpret how to optimize our database to meet the needs of coaches and players while coordinating a 50+ user video network. 30% Football Video and Analytics Responsible for working with coaches to create custom headings, filters, and automated cutups for game plan preparations using XOs Thunder software. Handling the creation, device authorizations, and media of all cloud assets using XOs Thundercloud. Work with coaching staff daily to createa dynamic film strategy for all daily practicesto includespring ball, training camp,and in-season practices. Responsible for collecting all opponent films and cut ups via the dragonfly network. The Assistant Director will have discretion on how the video content is filmed and collected. The Assistant Director will deliver the video products to coaches via iPads during games, practices and scrimmages. Create all folder structures and media assets for quick and easy film locations for our coaches and players. 20% Manger Organization and Leadership Work with Director to recruit, train, schedule, and manage a team of cadet film volunteers.
