Job Description
Internship Objective: The Allen Americans are currently seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and talented individual to serve as the Biscuit the Bulldog Mascot Seasonal Assistant Intern during the 2026-2027 season.
Responsibilities:Represent the Allen Americans at various events across the DFW area including (but not limited to) home games at CUTX Event Center, special events, watch parties, corporate partner appearances, festivals, school shows, etc. Help to market and promote the Biscuit the Bulldog appearances. Contact schools, churches, nursing homes, and day cares to schedule Biscuit the Bulldog programs. Keep the mascot on the game schedule including in-game seat visits, intermission performances, stay in communication with A/V control, assist with pre-game tasks, community appearances, and other items throughout the season that are requested. Assist with social media accounts and trending videos. Strong understanding of social media platforms and engagement.
Assist with Biscuit’s Bully Busters School Show as host/emcee and stage setup duties. Will serve as a handler/assistant during outside events in the community. Carry props or other supplies during the game for the mascot.
Will be in charge of making sure the mascot has all his supplies for the upcoming games or appearances.
Help to create and develop new revenue sources for the Biscuit the Bulldog program.
Requirements:The ideal candidates will reside locally.
experience is preferred. Ability to excite, engage, and entertain a crowd.
Available to attend all Allen Americans home games at the CUTX Eventer Center in Allen, Texas, and off-site home games.
Assist with the teardown after games of the Biscuit’s Fan Zone throughout the season.
Indoor and outdoor work with some exposure to adverse conditions.
Assist and maintain mascot booking calendar.
