Ticket Operations- Internship

COMPANY OVERVIEWOrange County Soccer Club is Orange County’s only professional soccer team playing in the United Soccer League (USL) Championship, the fastest growing Division II professional soccer league in the world. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Works closely with Director of Ticket Operations & Data Analytics and the Assistant Director of Ticket OperationsProvide the highest level of service, ensuring all issues are resolved in an efficient and accurate manner. Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of Orange County Soccer Club. Assist in data collection and organization. Assist in overseeing segmentation and code tracking. Assist in the oversight of the Kid’s Club. Assist sales team with customer service needs and requestsThis position is fully remote and will require 20-40 hours per week. Starting in May 2026. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONSMust be using the internship as class creditExperience with ticketing systems, Ticketmaster product knowledge preferred but not requiredStrong verbal listening and organizational skillsIntermediate/Proficient with Excel and Microsoft OfficeWorks well in a fast-paced, team environmentDetail-oriented, driven self-motivator with a strong work ethic to get the job doneExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work productively and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and tight deadlinesAlways demonstrates a positive and professional attitudeBilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all skills, duties, requirements, or working conditions associated with the job.
