Schedule: Full-time summer commitment, including standard business hours, nights, weekends, and all home games. Who We Are Looking ForWe want energetic, motivated individuals ready to learn. N Experience what it takes to prepare and operate a baseball stadium every day. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems and seeing the tangible results of their work. What You’ll DoHelp prepare Herr-Baker Field and the stadium for every Dock Spiders home game and other scheduled events. Learn and perform baseball field maintenance, including preparation of the playing surface. Maintain landscaping and areas surrounding the ballpark through edging, trimming, weed management, and irrigation. Coordinate batting-practice setup and communicate with coaches regarding pregame field needs. Assist with facility maintenance and operational projects throughout the stadium. Support clubhouse operations including equipment, laundry, and team meal delivery. Help oversee event setup, breakdown, and stadium readiness. Take pride in maintaining a clean, professional, and welcoming facility for players and fans. Basic knowledge of small engines and experience operating small equipment is preferred but not required.
