Position: Marketing & Merchandising InternDepartment: MarketingReporting Relationship: Reports to the Sr. ResponsibilitiesAssist Marketing team on new/current fan activations inclusive of vendor management, ordering promotional items, creative requests, event ideation and executionAssist Marketing Coordinators in game theme planning, including NFL-wide themes and Carolina Panthers–specific activations across gameday, in-season, and off-season initiativesInvolved in research for marketing initiatives and future platformsCo-manage organization of stadium storage and marketing inventoryAssist with department product pulls, merchandise ordering inclusive of communication with the internal procurement team, third-party vendors, and team storeAssist with merchandising campaigns involving strategy, internal communication and creative asset deliveryResponsible for merchandising recaps consisting of data entry, product tracking, internal order distributionManual labor often required (promotional item deliveries, event implementation, shipments, etc. duties to be able to assist on an as-needed basis. Responsible for writing, formatting, and distributing meeting recap notesOther duties as assigned. QualificationsBachelor’s degree or actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree and have interest and/or prior sports or entertainment industry experienceMust be proficient in Microsoft OfficeMust be flexible to work evenings and/or weekends and all Carolina Panthers and Stadium events, including events held on weekends, nights, and holidays. Must pass pre-employment screens.
