    Job Description

Ottawa Rapid FC is a founding member of the Northern Super League — Canada's first professional women's soccer league — alongside clubs in Halifax, Montréal, Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver, and Winnipeg (joining in 2027). We're part of something historic, and in year two we're just getting started. At Ottawa Rapid FC, we believe purpose and performance go hand in hand. We push for excellence, chase continuous improvement, and hold ourselves to a high standard — all while staying rooted in the values and community that make this club what it is. If that sounds like your kind of place, we'd love to hear from you. Social media is where most people will experience Ottawa Rapid FC before they ever set foot in TD Place. It's a fact. That first impression matters. So does the second, and the third, and the one at 11 p.m. on a Tuesday when someone stumbles across a clip of a goal and decides they want to know more. This role helps keep that relationship going, day in and day out. The RoleYou'll run the day-to-day social media operation for Ottawa Rapid FC across all platforms: the content calendar, the real-time storytelling on matchday, the asset library, and the steady stream of content that keeps the feed alive between fixtures. You'll work alongside our videographers and photographers and coordinate closely with the Player Care Coordinator, Digital Marketing, Community Marketing, and Partnership Marketing leads so every piece of content lands where it should. This is a hands-on execution role. You'll keep the system running, keep things on schedule, and keep the feed moving.
