Job Title: Box Office Operations AttendantOrganization: Tampa Bay Sun FCDepartment: Revenue GenerationReports To: Senior Ticket Operations CoordinatorClassification: Part-Time / hourlyABOUT THE POSITIONTampa Bay Sun FC is Tampa Bay’s first professional women’s team! We are beginning our 3rd season and are looking for box office operations staff to assist with ourticket operations on game days!JOB SUMMARYAssist customers by selling admission tickets. Accept payment and make change before giving tickets to customers. Operate handheld ticket scanners and collaborate to resolve ticket scanning issuesProvide accurate answers concerning events, tickets and schedules of upcoming events in person or on the telephone. Ability to deal tactfully, helpfully and professionally with the public to provide eventinformation and accurately complete ticket transactions. Must be able to work evenings and weekends – for the remaining matches of our 25/26 season.a QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCESeatGeek knowledge, preferred but not required. Box office experience, preferred but not required. High School diploma or G. E. D. skills. Ability to work with limited supervision and as a team member. Ability to work weekends and nights on an event to event basis. Valid driver’s license required. Bilingual, preferred but not required. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTMust be able to pass all background and safeguarding checks. Must be available to work Tampa Bay Sun FC home matchesStrong customer service skillsProfessional presentation, appearance and work ethic. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have some computer knowledge.
