Inside Sales Executive

This is an on-site position. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to our offices in Nashville by their first day. Relocation assistance is not provided for candidates currently residing outside the Middle Tennessee area. Responsibilities:Generate ticket revenue through season ticket sales, partial plans and group sales via outbound sales campaignsMake a required minimum of outbound sales calls each day to meet established sales objectivesConduct structured solicitation through outbound calls and face-to-face appointmentsDocument all customer communication in CRM Assist at games and other special events with the intent of cultivating new sales and group prospects Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree requiredSales and/or service experience in a sports or hospitality industry preferredMust be comfortable making cold callsMust have strong customer service skillsFocused on obtaining a career in the professional sports industryProficient computer skills and experience with MS OfficeExperience with ticketing systems, such as Unify and CRM preferredMust be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as necessaryMust be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and excellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be able to provide own transportation to/from work and events outside of normal business hours and normal work locationWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
