Position SummaryCharlotte FC is looking for a Business Analytics Intern to help drive business performance and fan experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-performing work environment. This team member will have a direct hand in helping to develop strategies for almost all departments of Charlotte FC, including ticket sales & service, customer relationship management (CRM), corporate partnerships, community relations, digital & email marketing, retail, concessions, and stadium operations. Primary ResponsibilitiesSupport business intelligence, ticketing / pricing, and strategic projects Analyze sales and marketing campaign performance and deliver insight for how to iteratively improve engagement Build and present high-quality data visualizations, dashboards, presentations, and reports for organization-wide use, including executive management and third parties Provide analysis behind projects to improve revenues & profitability, business efficiency, and fan experience Maintain and validate data warehouse and surveys.n QualificationsBA/BS degree in a quantitative field Advanced experience with SQL or other database languages Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools Power user of the MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and the Google suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets) Experience with CRM (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, KORE Software) a plusExperience with data science and statistical software (R, Python, SAS) a plus Experience with Ticketmaster/Archtics a plus Must have a valid US Driver’s license Must pass pre-employment screeningsSoccer knowledge is a plus. The ability to prioritize workload to manage time and tasks. Work Environment and Physical RequirementsThis position operates in a professional office environment and outside in a stadium facility. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, etc. Local travel to events may be required. This position typically works approximately 40 hours per week. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to remain sitting for up to 8 hours at a desk and computer. Ability to remain standing/walking for up to 8 hours. Ability to climb stairs. Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, and endure weather conditions, including rain, wind, high and low temperatures, etc. Must be able to work in non-traditional settings, and work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
