Operations Intern - Men's Program

Position OverviewThe Operations Intern will assist with the day-to-day operational needs of the club, with a primary focus on matchday execution, team logistics, and administrative support. experience in sports operations and front office management within a competitive soccer environment. Key ResponsibilitiesMatchday OperationsAssist with stadium setup and breakdown (signage, equipment, credentialing areas, hospitality spaces). Coordinate with vendors, security, officials, and stadium staff. Support ticketing operations and gate management. Help execute sponsor activations and fan engagement activities. Troubleshoot operational issues during events. Team & Game LogisticsAssist with travel coordination (hotels, transportation, itineraries). Support equipment management and locker room setup. Coordinate pre-game and post-game logistics. Assist with visiting team and referee needs. Administrative SupportMaintain operational documents and checklists. Track inventory and supplies. Support scheduling and internal communications. Assist with league compliance and reporting requirements. Community & Special EventsProvide operational support for camps, clinics, and community appearances. Assist with non-matchday stadium or club events as needed. QualificationsStrong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work during home matchdays. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Passion for soccer and sports operations preferred.
