    Job Description

    Position Summary/Objective:The Account Executive, Ticket Sales and Service will be responsible for driving new business and returning business through the sale of ticket packages and group ticket sales. responsibilities as assigned by management. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy. Experience with CRM and Archtics preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications. Ability to maintain records timely and accurately. Flexible and adaptable to change. Education & Formal Training:Bachelor's degree (B. A./B. S. experience.
