OverviewThe Event Services Intern at Moody Center will gain a working knowledge of venue management at a top live entertainment arena by supporting the planning and execution of various Moody Center departments including Guest Services, Security, and Event Management for events including basketball games, concerts, and family shows. Location: Moody Center, on UT campus This role pays an hourly rate of $13.00. This role is expected to last from August 10, 2026 and will end on December 21, 2026 This position will remain open until October 16, 2026. ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties & Responsibilities: Assist with preparation of event materials throughout the planning and execution of major events such as Event Reports and Brief Sheets. QualificationsCurrent student or recent graduate from a university program in venue management, event management, sport management or a related field. skills Work extended and/or irregular hours at Moody Center events including nights and weekends.
