Ticket sales and Operations intern

Ticket Sales and Operations Internship ProgramUSA Hockey’s National Team Development Program and USA Hockey Arena is seeking Ticket Sales and Operations interns to join the game day staff for the 2026-2027 NTDP Season (late September – early April) and potential offseason events. Responsibilities Include: • Work USA Hockey’s NTDP home games at USA Hockey Arena (box office windows, ticket scanning, premium seating, sales table)• Assist with ticket sales staff to manage box office windows and day-of-game ticket sales • Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact for individuals attending USA Hockey Arena • Help with in-game group activities such as stadium tours, intermission shootouts, etc. Qualifications: • College student seeking a career in sales, marketing, business, communications, or sports management • Interns completing internship for college credit strongly preferred• Familiarity with hockey preferred (not required) • Customer service experience strongly preferred • Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task • Ability to communicate and maintain a professional demeanor • Strong work ethic and positive attitude • College credit for internship hours is available, along with letters of recommendation and networking throughout the sports industry Please email your resume to [email protected] & [email protected]
