Responsibilities:Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visitValidate fan tickets and entry to the Stadium Club and/or Suites via wristbanding; show guests to their seats if necessaryAssist with food prep, meal assembly, and presentation at the Chef's Table to ensure quality standards are metOperate our POS system for orders and paymentsMaintain cleanliness standards by clearing and cleaning tables and ensuring the Stadium Club is tidy and inviting for all fansProvide general guest services, including answering fans and season ticketholder questions, with professional and friendly etiquetteBuild and maintain relationships with Stadium Club attendees to maintain long-term businessAssist with usher duties as needed, to ensure fan safety and maintain seat integrityUphold high standards of hospitality by maintaining a friendly demeanor and effective communication with fans, guests, and other hospitality team membersSupport catering events and banquet setups by coordinating food service and guest accommodations during the season and possibly beyond, if neededQualifications:Previous food service or customer service background preferred but not required; maturity and enthusiasm for learning is keyFamiliarity with or the willingness to learn our POS systemStrong customer service skills with excellent communication and etiquetteAbility to handle food safely and maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with health regulations, as neededExperience in hospitality roles like host/hostess or banquet attendant is beneficial but not requiredMust be able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentMust be available nights, weekends, and holidaysJoin us to become part of our Stadium Club team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences! about hospitality and eager to grow their skills.
