Personal Trainer/ Fitness Manager

We're hiring a Lead Trainer / Fitness Manager at Evolution Physical Therapy & Fitness in Playa Vista. This is not a big-box gym job. We are building a high-level coaching environment where fitness, performance, rehabilitation, and long-term health all work together under one roof. Our coaches work directly alongside physical therapists to help clients bridge the gap from pain and rehab to long-term strength, performance, and confidence. We’re looking for a highly professional coach and leader who wants more than just a session schedule. This role is for someone who wants to help build a department, lead a team, drive growth, and continue developing as a coach and professional.
