Role Summary

Graphic Designers at Fanatics Collectibles create new and notable collectibles daily, leveraging industry-standard software and a graphic artist’s toolkit to produce original trading card designs that build brands and excite consumers.

This role sits within Special Projects and supports priority initiatives that require fast, high-craft execution across concept development and production-ready deliverables.

In this role, you will

• Develop review-ready card art and promotional concepts aligned to brand and style guidelines
• Execute complex image treatments including retouch/cleanup, recombination, and compositing
• Deliver prepress/print-ready files for digital and off-set press workflows, leveraging strong production discipline and file hygiene
• Generate and manipulate graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Incorporate direction from Art Directors and senior designers into finished design work
• Partner with Product Development, Production/Prepress, and Project Management to prioritize work and hit deadlines
• Maintain clear versioning and documentation through review rounds, applying feedback quickly and accurately
• Create polished design mockups for partner- and stakeholder-facing slide decks, ensuring concepts are clear, accurate, on-brand, and presentation-ready

You are

• Creative, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud apps
• An expert in layout, typography, and color theory
• Familiar with print design and prepress workflows, and comfortable delivering production-ready files
• Able to multitask, handle multiple priorities, and drive results through time and project management
• A strong collaborator with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred (nice to have)

• Experience working with licensed IP and review/approval workflows
• Trading cards, collectibles, packaging, or print production experience
• Advanced photo manipulation background (retouching, reconstruction, compositing) in a high-standards environment
• Experience building presentation decks or mockups for external-facing reviews
• Experience using commercially safe, enterprise-approved generative AI tools to accelerate ideation and production tasks within brand and rights constraints

The salary range represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. This salary range is specific to New York City and may not be applicable to other locations. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training. NYC Salary Range

$75,000—$81,000 USD
